Refund policy

At NARH, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved via Email (Support@narh.in), items must be returned in saleable condition.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@narh.in.

To process your request, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

All approved returns must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original packaging with all components intact
  • Be returned within 14 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
